Deposit and rental conditions

Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or email. In order to secure your rental a non-refundable deposit of 75 GB/110 Eur per week booked will be required, except in June & September when the deposit is 125 GB/180 Eur.

  • The balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival.
  • Change over day is Saturday, arrival after 16:00hrs, departure by 10:00hrs.
  • Rates exclude utilities, except for bookings in July and August.
  • Credit cards accepted. (Subject to a small handling charge) .
